Who is Kevin Hoffmeyer
Kevin focuses his practice with AEGIS on corporate and real estate transactional work.
He developed a considerable amount of experience in these areas while serving as corporate counsel at a large national retailor. There, he was primarily responsible for handling all legal aspects of leasing transactions and commercial contracts, in addition to regulatory, compliance and operational projects.
Prior to his corporate counsel position, Kevin worked as a transactional attorney at two large regional law firms, where he focused on real estate, banking, construction, and corporate law.
Kevin enjoys the challenge of solving complex problems for clients and finds it fulfilling to help them achieve their business goals.
In his spare time, Kevin enjoys running, traveling, volunteering as a CYC lacrosse coach, and walking his Rock Hill neighborhood with his golden retriever.
