Bill Main joined AEGIS Law in 2025 as our IT Coordinator, bringing a decade of hands-on experience architecting and supporting mission-critical technology environments. In this role, Bill oversees all firmwide IT operations—from break/fix support and secure network administration to end-user training on NetDocuments, TimeSolv integrations, and our practice-management tools. He designs and implements workflow automations that eliminate repetitive tasks and streamline case management, and he administers our digital marketing platforms (HubSpot, WordPress, and social media tools) to help amplify our lawyers’ thought leadership.

Previously, Bill directed the technology strategy at Skywalker Communications—where he led a team delivering custom enterprise applications—and drove billing-automation and enterprise integration projects at Charter Communications and Washington University in St. Louis. He is a certified expert in the Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET, SQL Server), skilled in Agile development and CI/CD pipelines, and deeply experienced with remote-support solutions like Automate.

At AEGIS Law, Bill’s proactive approach and technical leadership ensure our attorneys and staff have the reliable, innovative systems they need to serve clients efficiently and securely. When he’s not optimizing workflows or resolving IT issues, Bill enjoys exploring new automation tools and mentoring colleagues on best practices in legal technology.
