Jenna Sowers is a Denver-based attorney with a background in personal injury litigation and corporate deal-making.  Joining the AEGIS Law team allows her to grow entrepreneurial skills and assist corporate clients. Her goal is to avoid litigation whenever possible by encouraging communication and facilitating negotiation and making clear the rights and responsibilities of all parties in the event that something does go wrong.

Taking a service-minded approach to her practice, Jenna hopes to make a difference in the lives of her clients.

“I believe that one of the most important aspects of an attorney’s work is rendering services to others. This is what inspired me to seek a profession in the legal field,” Jenna says.

Flexibility is Jenna’s most notable strength. Combined with her time-management skills, this versatility allows her to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and shift focus when changes are made, or new information comes to light. Having grown up on a working farm, Jenna is unafraid of hard work. She enjoys putting in the hours and finding unique solutions for her clients.

When she’s not practicing law, Jenna spends her free time traveling, sightseeing, and hiking with her family and dog. She’s also a big foodie and enjoys cooking delicious meals for her loved ones.

Jenna received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where she focused her studies on business, sports, and entertainment law. Jenna also spent a summer semester at Cambridge University’s Downing College of Law in England. During her law school years, she externed for the Arkansas Circuit Court and the Arkansas Supreme Court. Jenna also helped found a sexual assault awareness committee that strived to bring awareness to the issue on campus.

Jenna also has Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Political Science from the University of Arkansas. She’s licensed to practice in both Tennessee and Colorado.
