Who is Margy Weisman?
Margy is a strategic, business-oriented corporate legal leader and CPA with outstanding experience in creative problem solving and proactive legal strategy. She specializes in helping businesses in matters related to mergers, acquisitions & divestitures, regulatory compliance, commercial leasing, real estate and construction contracts, commercial contracts, supply chain management, employment matters, litigation management, international law, licensing, and intellectual property.
Today Margy is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois, serves on the boards for the Association of Corporate Counsel and Central Reform Congregation in St. Louis, is a global speaker, and an avid triathlete. She exercises daily and has competed in over 100 triathlons.
Margy lives with her husband and has two grown sons.
