Who is Ryan Kerner?
Ryan Kerner has practiced law in Missouri and Illinois since 2005. His main areas of practice have been with real estate matters, securities transactions and corporate litigation. He has represented individuals, small businesses and large corporations in various legal undertakings. He has also served as head of a collections department for a major corporation based in St. Louis.
Mr. Kerner has first-chair jury trial experience in cases involving breach of contract, commercial fraud, and real estate ownership. Mr. Kerner has also handled securities based arbitrations before FINRA and mediation of business disputes.
Presently, Mr. Kerner is President and General Counsel for Freedom Title, a large title company serving the Missouri, Illinois and Tennessee markets.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Kerner utilized his Masters in Business Administration and undergraduate degree in Biology, while working in the pharmaceutical industry.
Mr. Kerner is a graduate of Saint Louis University (B.A., Biology, 1996); Cook School of Business at Saint Louis University (Masters in Business Administration, Finance, 1999) and Saint Louis University School of Law (J.D., 2004).
Mr. Kerner is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois.
