AEGIS Law is pleased to welcome Brian Tannenbaum to the firm. A seasoned corporate and transactional attorney based in Denver, Brian brings more than fifteen years of experience guiding business owners through their most consequential decisions, from financing and growth to a clean, well-structured exit.
Brian counsels companies across the full business lifecycle, spanning formation, governance, capital raising, mergers, acquisitions, and exit planning, with deep experience in real estate, regulatory and land use matters, and the complex, multi-party transactions that regulated industries demand. Clients describe him as competent, accessible, and comprehensive, a creative problem solver who breaks down barriers, builds trust, and keeps things straightforward from the first conversation to the closing table.
He also brings a distinctive international dimension. Fluent in Spanish and with deep ties across Latin America, including a year in Buenos Aires conducting international human rights research, Brian is a natural bridge for foreign nationals looking to invest and do business in the United States. A Denver native, he earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law and graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Colorado Boulder.
“Brian is exactly the kind of entrepreneurial, client-focused lawyer our model is built for,” said Scott Levine, founder of AEGIS Law. “His range, his judgment, and his instinct for solving hard problems will serve our clients well, and we are glad to have him.”
