Pete Salsich Joins AEGIS Law’s Intellectual Property and Corporate Practice

Pete Salsich joined AEGIS Law to expand his law practice while continuing to serve as General Counsel for the Coolfire companies. He joined our growing St. Louis practice.

At the time of the announcement, Pete had been General Counsel for four years for Coolfire Studios, LLC (an entertainment content creation studio), Coolfire Solutions, Inc. (a mobile software development studio focused on the military and commercial enterprise), and MedAware Solutions, Inc. (a mobile software platform company focused on the healthcare industry). He continued to serve in that role after joining AEGIS Law.

Throughout his career, Pete’s practice has focused on advising large and small companies on the creation, protection and use of intellectual property, particularly in the media, technology and entertainment industries. He handles both litigation and transactional counseling. He is licensed to practice in Missouri and Colorado.
