Max serves as a council member of the State Bar of Texas International Law Section and as the Managing Editor of the Global Law Review. A first-generation American, Max serves his country as a Lieutenant in the United States Coast Guard. Max holds a J.D., cum laude, from the American University Washington College of Law, where he served as Senior Note & Comment Editor of the Business Law Review. He began his academic journey with a B.A. in International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder.

When not providing senior-led counsel, Max enjoys weight training, scuba diving, and cheering on the Texas Longhorns. A serious history enthusiast, he is currently immersed in Winston Churchill’s personal accounts of World War I and II.
