Mary Neff is a family law attorney with extensive experience working with families and children. She is highly sought after as a divorce attorney, litigator, and mediator in family law. Mary’s practice areas include divorce, mediation, litigation, custody, visitation, paternity, modifications, and post-dissolution matters.

With her background in child development and parent education, Mary is uniquely qualified to represent families during what can be a difficult time in their lives. She is passionate about helping couples design their divorce so that it meets their individual needs for the future as well as the family as a whole. Mary believes that low conflict resolution through mediation saves time, money, and most importantly, helps protect the children involved.

Mary is a licensed mediator approved by the Supreme Court of Missouri and the Supreme Court of Illinois. She received her Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law and holds a Master of Science degree in Family Sciences from Illinois State University (ISU) as well as a Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology from ISU.

In addition to her legal practice, Mary also serves as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Monroe County, Illinois, where she works part-time. She is an active member of the Association of Missouri Mediators and the American Bar Association. Mary is a member of the Valmeyer Music Hall of Fame Committee. She is a member of the American Legion Women’s Auxiliary.
