Our Straightforward Pricing

We offer a range of estate planning services designed to protect your assets, secure your legacy, and provide peace of mind for you and your loved ones. Our experienced attorneys work closely with you to create a personalized plan that meets your unique needs and goals. We believe in transparent pricing, allowing you to understand the investment you're making in your family's future.

Will Package

Our Will Package, priced at $1,500 for individuals and $2,250 for couples, is an excellent starting point for those with straightforward estates. This comprehensive package includes a Last Will and Testament, which outlines how you want your assets distributed and allows you to name guardians for minor children. It also includes a Healthcare Directive (Living Will) to specify your medical treatment preferences if you become incapacitated, a Medical Power of Attorney to designate someone to make healthcare decisions on your behalf, and a HIPAA Release to authorize the sharing of your medical information with designated individuals. Additionally, the package provides a Financial Power of Attorney to appoint someone to manage your financial affairs if needed, and a Deed to ensure your real estate aligns with your estate plan, potentially avoiding probate for this significant asset.

Trust Package

For those seeking more comprehensive estate planning, our Trust Package offers additional protections and benefits. Priced at $2,500 for individuals and $3,500 for couples, this package includes everything in the Will Package, plus a Revocable Living Trust. This powerful tool allows you to maintain control of your assets during your lifetime while providing for seamless transfer to your beneficiaries upon your passing, typically avoiding the probate process. The package also includes a Pour-Over Will, working in conjunction with your trust to ensure any assets not already in your trust at the time of your death are "poured over" into it. You'll receive a Certificate of Trust to prove the existence and validity of your trust without disclosing its private contents, a Personal Property Memorandum to specify distribution of particular items, a Digital Assets Inventory to manage online accounts and cryptocurrencies, and a Remembrance & Services Memorandum for end-of-life preferences. We also provide clear Trust Funding Instructions to guide you in properly transferring your assets into your trust.

Irrevocable Trusts

For specific situations, we offer Irrevocable Trust services, including Medicaid Asset Protection Trusts, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts (ILIT), and Gifting Trusts. These specialized trusts, priced at $3,000 as a stand-alone service or $2,500 when added to another package, can offer significant tax advantages and asset protection benefits in certain circumstances.

Additional Services and Updates

At AEGIS Law, we understand that estate planning needs can vary widely and change over time. That's why we offer a range of additional services to complement our core packages and keep your estate plan up-to-date.

For families with special needs beneficiaries, we provide Special Needs Trust services. These trusts are crucial for providing for beneficiaries with disabilities without jeopardizing their eligibility for government benefits. We can create first- or third-party Special Needs Trusts, priced at $3,000 as a stand-alone option or $2,000 when added to another package.

We also offer a Power of Attorney Package for clients who need specific documents. Priced at $650 for individuals or $1,000 for couples, this package includes a Financial Power of Attorney, Healthcare Power of Attorney, HIPAA Waiver, and Healthcare Directive (Living Will). These documents ensure that your financial and healthcare decisions are in trusted hands if you're unable to make them yourself.

As your life changes, your estate plan may need updates. We're here to help with those changes, offering trust amendment services starting at $800 for changes to agents or shares, and $1,000 for changes to dispositive provisions for former clients. For more significant updates, we provide full trust restatements. These are priced at $2,400 for new clients or $1,500 for former clients, ensuring your estate plan always reflects your current wishes and circumstances.

We're dedicated to making the estate planning process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We offer clear, fixed pricing with no surprises, a thorough, personalized approach to understand your unique needs, and ongoing support to keep your plan up-to-date as your life changes. We also coordinate with your other professional advisors for comprehensive planning. We invite you to schedule a free initial consultation to discuss your estate planning needs.
