We are delighted to announce that Craig Stoner has joined AEGIS Law and its growing group of attorneys in Denver, Colorado.
With more than 20 years of experience providing both in-house and outside counsel, he provides representation for domestic and international clients in corporate and securities transactions. Craig is excited to work with AEGIS because of the wide variety of corporate clients and the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions. He’s especially passionate about helping business owners with all stages of their business – from formation to funding and sale.
Craig’s greatest strengths lie in the details. By striving to understand the big picture of what clients hope to accomplish, he hones in on the minutia to make their goals a reality. These skills have served him well through the years. Craig is the current Chair of the Executive Council of the Solo Small Firm Practice Section of the Colorado Bar Association. He’s also been a member of the Solo Small Firm Practice Section Executive Council since 2017 and an at-large member of the Executive Council of the Business Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association. Craig also serves as a member of the Colorado Supreme Court Character and Fitness Committee.
