Connor Slivocka is a corporate attorney and entrepreneur with a broad range of experience in working with large corporations, venture-backed organizations, privately-owned businesses, and investment funds. Connor’s diverse background has given him a unique perspective and approach to providing legal advice that is both practical and results-driven, with a better understanding of what matters most to business owners.
Connor is passionate about working with founders and closely-held businesses, and he enjoys rolling up his sleeves and being a member of the team. His experience in the sports and tech space has also given him an edge in advising clients in these industries.
Connor graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin and was a member of the Wisconsin Private Equity Deal Team, which competed in regional and national competitions. He was also the Senior Managing Editor of the Wisconsin International Law Journal and a research assistant on corporate governance. Connor has taught LLM students in corporate/business law, further demonstrating his passion for the legal industry.
Before joining AEGIS Law, Connor worked at a large Milwaukee-based law firm, where he advised Fortune 500 companies and investment funds on mergers and acquisitions.
Connor is also actively involved in US Speedskating, a member organization of the United States Olympic Committee and the governing body for the sport of speedskating in the United States. He sits on the Judiciary and Governance & Selection Committees, demonstrating his commitment to the sport and his community.
When he’s not working, Connor enjoys spending time with his friends and family, cycling, running.
