Kellie Carr is a paralegal for AEGIS’s litigation practice. Armed with over 25-years of experience in the legal field, Kellie brings exceptional organizational skills and support to the legal team. She manages a range of tasks, from systematizing large document productions to preparing for trials to helping attorneys with drafting pleadings, parenting plans, and other legal documents.
While our legal team benefits from Kellie’s order and attention to detail, clients benefit from her sympathetic nature and knack for honing in on clients’ underlying emotions to solve a problem. She says the best part of being a paralegal is being able to help fix something in someone’s life and prides herself on her ability to give each client her undivided attention when working on their file, no matter how many clients she may have at a particular moment.
Kellie attended St. Louis Community College in 1988, where she focused on Paralegal Studies. She also obtained a Certificate of Legal Specialization from Hickey Business School in 1990. Outside of work, Kellie feels privileged to be able to help those in need, particularly members of the military. She also volunteers at Marquette Catholic, where she serves as a School Board Member and enjoys spending time with her husband, Dan, her children, Elizabeth and Daniel, and her grandson, Patrick.
