He has worked with banks, owners, architects, general contractors, subcontractors, title companies, and disbursing agents in the negotiation, drafting, and implementation of construction contracts, real estate purchase agreements, leases, financing arrangements, and more.

Before joining AEGIS Law, Nick began his legal career in the St. Louis County Counselor’s Office as a prosecutor and associate counsel to St. Louis County. This experience gave him valuable insight into the workings of government and the legal system, which he has applied in his work as an attorney.
Nick received his J.D. and a separate Masters of Law in Taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law (UMKC) in 2001. While at UMKC, Nick was a member of the Law Review and the Honor Court, and he graduated with distinction. He has authored numerous articles which have been published in the Journal of the Missouri Bar.
Nick was born and raised in St. Louis and currently resides in Town & Country with his wife and three sons. He is admitted to practice in all Missouri state courts, as well as numerous federal district courts and bankruptcy courts.
