AEGIS Law is thrilled to announce that Andrew T. DiPaolo has joined our firm, bringing a distinctive blend of entrepreneurial insight and legal expertise that will significantly enhance our business law capabilities.
Andrew brings over 16 years of business experience in the energy industry, where he developed critical midstream infrastructure, traded commodities, and originated complex transactions. This extensive background, combined with his experience founding multiple companies across various sectors, provides him with invaluable insight into the challenges entrepreneurs and business owners face daily.
With six years of legal practice, Andrew’s expertise spans corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, business formation and structuring, contracts, energy law, real estate, and labor relations. He serves clients across diverse industries including oil and gas, renewables, construction, media, unmanned aviation, hospitality, and technology. Andrew takes particular pride in his work with organized labor, where he applies his unique problem-solving approach to address complex challenges.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. He is licensed to practice in Colorado and Texas and is an active member of the 9th Judicial Bar Association and Colorado Bar Association. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Colorado Animal Rescue.
When not practicing law, Andrew serves his community as a first responder and ski patroller at a local mountain, reflecting his commitment to service both professionally and personally.
Andrew will be working from our Arvada office alongside Rod, Sam, Max, and Debbie, further strengthening our Colorado presence and capabilities.
