With over 16 years of business experience before entering the legal profession, Andrew offers clients a rare perspective that bridges the often significant gap between business operations and legal considerations.
Business-Minded Legal Counsel
Andrew spent the majority of his career in the energy industry, developing critical midstream infrastructure, trading commodities, originating transactions, and providing legal counsel. His diverse background includes founding multiple companies across media, retail, and other sectors, giving him firsthand understanding of the challenges entrepreneurs face. This experience has equipped Andrew with valuable insights into business success strategies that inform his legal practice.

With six years of legal experience, Andrew’s practice encompasses corporate law, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, general counsel services, risk assessment and management, business formation and structuring, nonprofits, real estate, organized labor, and landlord-tenant matters. He serves clients across numerous industries including oil and gas, renewables, construction, media, unmanned aviation, hospitality, clothing and accessories, IoT and wearable devices, and social commerce.
Andrew takes particular pride in his work with organized labor, where he applies his unique problem-solving approach to address complex challenges.
Community Involvement
When not practicing law, Andrew serves as a first responder and ski patroller at a local mountain. He is an active member of the 9th Judicial Bar Association and Colorado Bar Association, and serves on the Board of Directors of Colorado Animal Rescue in Glenwood Springs, CO.
Education and Licensure
Andrew received his Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in 2017. He is licensed to practice in Colorado and Texas.
