Prior to joining AEGIS, Sam served as General Counsel for an ownership group with multiple affiliated entities, including a national accounts receivable company, a federal contractor, and a software company. His background in corporate and business law, combined with his fascination with the intersection of business and legal principles, make Sam an ideal fit for our firm.
Sam has a proven track record of providing effective counsel and handling a wide range of legal matters, such as employment, business licensing, regulatory issues, and contract drafting and review. His ability to relate to and adapt to various clients, as well as his exceptional writing and communication skills, make him a standout addition to our team.
