Corporate & Construction Law Attorney

Sheldon Korlin is a trusted advocate and counselor for growing businesses with more than 35 years of experience as a practical and creative problem solver. As a general corporate and construction law attorney, Sheldon distills complex legal processes into commonly understood concepts, speaking directly and plainly to his clients. He approaches each matter as a discussion with business owners and officers about the potential benefits, risks, and costs of acting in any given circumstance and the possible options.

Having served as both a corporate officer and in-house counsel for nearly half of his career, Sheldon uniquely understands the real-world pressures business leaders face—increasing profits, growing sales, expanding markets, and managing employees within ever-changing legal requirements. This dual perspective allows him to provide practical guidance that balances business objectives with legal compliance.
