William (Bill) Higley has over thirty years of experience practicing corporate and family estate planning law. His litigation and trial experience includes Federal and state civil matters including complex personal injury and chemical exposure lawsuits.
Bill maintains a substantial practice in the areas of trusts, estate planning and taxation, and the licensing of intellectual property. Since leaving Monsanto in 1995, he has concentrated his practice in the areas of estate planning, business, commercial and corporate organizations and matters.
